The 11th Biennale (6-15 June 2003) offers an opportunity to Young Artists from several european and Mediterranean countries, as well as to its visitors, to explore new ways of transcending limits and contemporary horizons. The event is centred around the most challenging issues of the contemporary era. Landscape and space. New travelling experiences. Relationships. Environment. In a single word, with cosmos.
Cosmos is certainly a theme wide enough in order to shape an art event such as this. The Biennale for young creators aims, among others, to highlight the diverse means through which artists depict, appeal, dash or imagine their moments in the world that surrounds us. Over 700 artists, between 18 and 30 years old, coming from different european and Mediterranean countries, participate in this year's event which includes seven art domains.
