Within this framework, any possible and/or future relevant arrangement will be incorporated in this section accordingly. In all cases, the web site administrator (the Greek Ministry of Foreign Affairs) reserves the right to modify the terms on personal data protection, after duly informing visitors/users and acting in accordance with the existing and/or future legal framework. If a visitor/user disagrees with the terms on personal data protection provided herein, he/she should not use the web site services.
The only personal data collected and required for the use of certain pages/services of the web site are the visitor’s/user’s e-mail address (obligatory) and his/her full name (optional).
This data is kept in the records of the web site administrator (Ministry of Foreign Affairs). It is used only for the above-mentioned purpose and will not be disclosed, forwarded, announced or published to any third party (natural or legal person), for any reason whatsoever, with the exception of the relevant provisions of law and only to the competent authorities.
A visitor/user may communicate with the administrator (e-mail: firstname.lastname@example.org) in order to check whether a personal file is being kept with his/her data, as well as to correct, modify or delete such file.

The web pages contain links to other web sites, which are not controlled by this web site but by third parties (natural or legal persons). The administrator can under no circumstances be held responsible for the Personal Data Protection Terms of third parties.
